Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom embroidery and personalized orders may require additional production time before shipment.

For custom embroidery projects, production typically takes approximately 7 business days after design approval. Processing times may increase during holidays, sales events, or periods of high demand.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days
  • United States: 4–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Custom & Personalized Orders

As all personalized and custom embroidered items are made specifically for you, production begins shortly after your order is confirmed. Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.

We are not responsible for errors submitted by customers, including spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, or design selections.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist with any shipping investigations when possible.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
